Relationships are at the heart of PIN. It is the belief of PIN families that there is no substitute to being surrounded by loving/caring relatives and friends in creating a fulfilling life; a safe and secure life in which we are supported to be connected to, and valued in our community.
In a similar way, the organisational health of PIN is dependent on a broad network of caring and committed relationships within the WA community. These relationships have contributed to PIN's on going development: they support the organisation in maintaining the long term valued relationships between families, facilitators, network members, staff, members, donors, funders and supporters.
You are invited to become involved and join the PIN "network".
This section will introduce you to opportunities for participation in a unique, growing organisation.

The ongoing core service of PIN, the establishment of personal Networks, and their maintenance (when parents are no longer able to care for their son or daughter in the future), is dependent upon partnerships with corporations and individuals who embrace the PIN vision and values and who support and respect family and organisational self sufficiency. These relationships are based on reciprocity.
There are exciting opportunities for corporations to develop an ongoing relationship with PIN based on the principles of 'social enterprise'. Relationships based on reciprocity can present opportunity to demonstrate positive corporate citizenship with a most important resource - staff. Relationship with organisations like PIN also presents positive community profile at all levels. While so doing, its also helps build a much needed sustainable resource which provides lifetime support to people with disabilities and their families in WA.
PIN is available to present an introductory package to interested corporations.
